Are you wanting to jet set across multiple destinations in one trip? Do you want to drive yourself or be driven in between destinations? Or is the better option to take a train or fly to save you transit time? If you’re asking these logistical questions, look no further and get this package. Our Full-Service Concierge level package allows us to handcraft an itinerary that includes hotel(s), flights, transportation, suggested excursions, destination recommendations, and when applicable rental cars, trains, guides, and everything in between.

Once we receive your completed form, we will send a link to schedule a call so we can get to know you better and go more in-depth into what you’re looking for in your trip. We’ll discuss which service level you need and collect key details needed to begin planning.

A PROPOSAL
Based on our conversation, we will work with our network of partners to build you a custom travel quote with everything you’re looking for. We will make sure that everything is perfect! This will be when you will begin to fully visualize your trip.

READY TO BOOK!
Once we have crafted the trip of your dreams, we need to make sure it doesn’t slip between our fingers. We’ll send you an invoice to secure your trip. Deposits are contingent on vendor partnerships. Based on your selected service level, we may include tour options, restaurant reservations, and more.
05.
FINAL TOUCHES
We’ll add your confirmations to a personalized electronic itinerary 3 weeks prior to travel using our travel app AXUS. Prior to your travel, we will inform your hotel/resort that a Seamless Travel client is arriving to arrange VIP amenities. We will stay in touch with you before, during, and after your trip concludes!
